From a centered grounding, Kyinda Kennedy transforms advanced yet ancient philosophical ideas and universal consciousness theories into attainable, practical realities. By marrying the pathways of ancient Qi Gong practices and vital Qi meridians, focused intention/affirmation, and the healing discipline of yoga, she captures their similarities as well as their unique attributes to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts, resulting in renewed physical/mental health, balance, enhanced vitality and an expansion of spiritual consciousness and currently teaches a Sunday Yoga/Qigong class at Floored on Grand from 10am to 11am for summer 2009 in South City St. Louis and is planning to offer another class at the City Museum in Downtown St. Louis.
