Sifu Claire 'Cis' Hager

Sifu Claire 'Cis' Hager - St. Louis, MO

Sifu Claire "Cis" Hager has studied with Sifu Justin since 1985 and with Master Zhang Xue Xin since 1992, and other Masters, including GrandMaster Feng Zhiqiang, Yang Zhenduo, Liang Shou Yu and Kenneth Cohen. She is a former National Champion in Taiji Forms, Push Hands and Sword (KC 1994, Orlando 1994 and Md. 1995) and recognized tournament judge in those same areas. She is co-author with Mark Johnson of the Tai Chi For Women Instructional tape and has made a life study of Taiji and QiGong for Women. She is a member and presenter of the National Qigong Association and certified teacher of Medical Qigong for Health by GrandMaster Liang Shou Yu. She is an authorized teacher of Taiji and Qigong of the Chinese Internal Arts Center and the Hun Yuan Taiji/Qigong of GrandMaster Feng Zhiqiang under Sifu Justin Meehan and Master Zhang Xue Xin. She also teaches the Women's Phoenix Style of Taiji. She is also Vice President of the Taoist Research and Resource Forum and Vice President of the Chinese Internal Arts Association. She divides her time between her homes in St. Louis and Montana and conducts an annual Qigong Women in the Wilderness Retreat in Ely, Minnesota. Sifu Herb Parran has studied with Sifu Justin since 1990 and with Master Zhang Xue Xin since 1993, and other Masters, including GrandMaster Feng Zhiqiang (2000).
